This lovely 62-year-old patient came to OPS with concerns about breast laxity, loss of upper pole fullness, and decreased firmness and roundness. She was an excellent candidate for breast augmentation combined with a lift, and elected to proceed with Dr. Silverman with full profile 265cc cohesive gel implants. The result is enhanced upper pole fullness and a beautifully shaped breast.
