My patients should understand that when they choose to join my practice, they are creating a bond with both me and my office that is carried through for years to come. I consider my patients to be the heart and soul of my practice, and pledge to provide the finest surgical care that I possibly can. This means that my patients always come first, and my staff and I strive to ensure that all patients are made to feel special and unique, because they are!

Patients are typically attracted to my practice for multiple reasons, though I believe that my reputation is the most compelling one. My experience and practice volume is unparalleled in the region, and my previous patients speak for themselves.

My practice continues to grow, and I strive to expand the breadth, precision and safety of surgeries that we at OPS offers, such as facial and body fat grafting, facial surgery, rhinoplasties, Brazilian butt lifts, female genital aesthetic surgery, and reconstruction after substantial weight loss. We also plan to expand gender affirming surgery at our facility, thanks to the addition of Dr. Cormier, who has brought his expertise to the clinic. The exciting and successful recent opening of my private surgical facility has further increased the convenience and decreased our already short wait times for prospective patients. The private facility has also allowed me to gather the best of the best on a full-time basis to care for all of our patients. We brought on two new associates, Dr’s Frank and Cormier, last year, who have brought even more breadth of experience, energy and expertise to the practice, expanding our already broad palette of procedures that we offer. Our medical aesthetic services including BOTOX®, dermal fillers, lasers and skin care continue to expand as well!

I am so proud of my associates, and am incredibly humbled that they have chosen to work with me! I have worked with and known Dr’s Boyd, Frank and Cormier for years. Dr Boyd and I have worked together at OPS for almost 10 years now, and she is a highly accomplished and skilled aesthetic surgeon, with an incredibly robust academic and international portfolio and has a fantastic rapport with her patients. Dr Frank is the current program director of Plastic Surgery at the University of Ottawa and has had both an aesthetic and reconstructive practice at the Ottawa Hospital, specializing in complex breast and body reconstructive surgery, and like Dr. Boyd, also has a highly developed academic and leadership resume. He has also trained at some of the finest institutions in Canada and the US, and is beloved by his patients. Dr Cormier was one of our residents at the University of Ottawa, and I have personally worked with and helped to train him during his residency years. I am so delighted that after his prestigious post-graduate fellowship training at Harvard and University of California San Francisco, he has decided to return to our city and contribute to our practice at OPS. I’ve had my eye on him for quite some time, and could not be more pleased to have him join us, and to bring his expertise in facial, nasal and gender affirming surgery to the clinic. Experience aside, I believe that the common thread in each of our practices is our attitude to patient care, collegiality and dedication to excellence. We four are a tight-knit group, and though each of us have our own areas of interest and expertise, we combine to provide a full spectrum of plastic surgical procedures that is unparalleled in the region. We all hold patient satisfaction and outcomes to the highest standards, and also work hard to support one another both professionally and educationally, such that each part makes the whole greater.
