Payment in full is due 4 weeks in advance of surgery. Please contact the clinic to ensure your balance is paid at least four (4) weeks in advance via Visa, MasterCard, Bank Draft, Cash, or Medical Financing. Once you’ve paid in full, your surgery is confirmed and can no longer be rescheduled.

Payment in full is due 4 weeks in advance of surgery. If you wish to cancel surgery less than 4 weeks in advance (and have not at that time paid in full), you will forfeit the deposit paid. Once you’ve paid in full, your surgery is confirmed and can no longer be rescheduled. Any change will be deemed a cancellation subject to the terms outlined below.
If you cancel your surgery within:

• 4 weeks or more, 75% will be refunded.
• 3 weeks, 50% will be refunded.
• 2 weeks, 25% will be refunded.
• 1 week or less, no fees will be refunded.

Should you wish to reschedule your surgery within the same calendar year, you may do so as long you provide at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to your original surgery date and upon paying a $1500 processing fee.

Please note that the patient can only reschedule a scheduled surgery date one time. If the patient cancels their surgery twice, all paid booking deposits are forfeited and we will not be able to rebook your procedure, or any other procedures in the future.

If surgical delays are incurred on the day of surgery due to reasons of patient non-compliance, (such as not following dietary restrictions as instructed prior to surgery, not following test requirements and recommendations, or presenting late for surgery) then the patient will be responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of this delay or even be subject to surgical cancellation as above if surgery cannot be performed as scheduled due to above non-compliance.

If a patient requests a change to the surgical plan within 4 weeks of the scheduled surgery, then the patient will be responsible for any additional Operating Room and Anesthetic fees, on top of surgical fees as outlined above.

Health-related exceptions to this policy are the only circumstances accepted and will require a note from your physician detailing the reason for health-related cancellation purposes. Notification of cancellation must be received within at least four weeks of planned surgery, however, emergent reasons for cancellation within four weeks of surgery may be accepted under rare circumstances.

***Please be advised that refunds will only be made at the request of the patient and will be paid directly to the patient.***

A refundable $1500 deposit is required to schedule your surgery date. This fee will apply even if revision surgery is offered and planned at no charge. Once a surgical date is scheduled, cancellation or rescheduling within 4 weeks of surgery will result in forfeiture of the $1500 deposit, and an additional $1500 deposit will be required to reschedule the procedure. $1500 deposit will be refunded once the surgery is completed.

If you cannot attend on your confirmed surgery date, your surgery will be canceled, resulting in forfeit of deposit. The rescheduling and cancellation policies and fees will apply as per above.

• If you are feeling unwell (cold/flu symptoms, fever, or any contagious illness), please contact us and we will happily reschedule your appointment at no charge. • Your provider will follow all current health, hygiene, and safety protocols for your treatment.
• We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and respectful environment for all patients and staff.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac, certified cheque/bank draft and medical financing by Beautifi, MediCard and Credit Medical.
• For consultation fees, surgical deposits, and surgical payments, we provide a secure booking/payment link sent directly to your email.
• Please note that we do not accept payment over the phone.
• It is preferred that you arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
• Please arrive precisely at your appointment time, and you must arrive to your appointment alone – this helps us to space out patients appropriately.

Your time and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice to allow us to fill the vacancy if possible.

· Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 2 business days prior to your appointment time will result in a $100 cancellation fee for non-surgical appointments, and $300 for surgical consultations.

· If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the cancellation fee above will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

· In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, please notify our administration team and they will work with you to reschedule your appointment.

We love children and pets, but consultations include a private exam, medical photography, and sensitive discussions. For your comfort and safety — and because pets are not permitted in medical facilities — we kindly ask that you attend your appointment without young children or animals (service animals excepted).
If childcare or pet care is challenging, we’re happy to help find another appointment time that works for you.

• All prepaid service purchases are non-refundable.
• All products purchased at Ottawa Plastic Surgery are final sale.
• For returns due to a reaction, we require photo evidence of the symptoms for the product to be considered for return or exchange and must be notified within 14 days of purchase date.

Only one discount is available for use at a time. We do not combine discounts. For example, one cannot combine a daily deal discount with published monthly special pricing for any service or package, as it is already discounted.

As a courtesy, automated appointment reminders are sent to you prior to your appointment via email and/or text messaging, you can confirm your appointment by clicking the confirm button. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our clinic to avoid cancellation fees as per above.

Please keep in mind that these are courtesy reminders, and it is your responsibility to remember your appointment times and dates, regardless if the automated reminder is received or not.

As a courtesy to our patients and providers, we kindly ask that you refrain from cell phone use and place your device on silent to ensure a stress-free environment. Phone calls are prohibited in treatment rooms and the waiting room.  Your mobile device should be switched off during your service. If you must take a call, please go into the hallway for privacy reasons and to avoid disturbance of the rest of the clinic.
