56-year-old female presented to Ottawa Plastic Surgery with concerns of excess arm skin, cutaneous laxity, and fatty tissue extending from the upper arm to the forearm following weight fluctuation.

Underwent an extended brachioplasty (arm lift from axilla to below the elbow) with Dr. Howard Silverman.

She now has smoother, more contoured arms with improved skin tightening and a more toned, proportional appearance.
