This is a 27 year old female, who came to Ottawa Plastic Surgery for a consultation concerned that when she smiles her lips are uneven and she has a lot of gum show. At rest lips were symmetrical in size. Pt was injected with 9 units of botox, which evened out her smile, leaving her with a beautiful more confident smile.
