43-year-old female presented to Ottawa Plastic Surgery with concerns of abdominal contour concerns, breast hypoplasia (underdeveloped breasts), asymmetry, and right lower pole constriction following pregnancy, weight fluctuation, congenital factors, and previous surgery.

Underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and breast augmentation using Allergan smooth round silicone gel implants (left 255cc moderate profile, right 295cc full profile) to correct asymmetry with Dr. Howard Silverman.

She now has a flatter, more contoured abdomen and fuller, more symmetrical breasts with improved shape, balance, and a natural-looking result.
