Transgender female patient presented to Ottawa Plastic Surgery seeking breast augmentation for chest feminization, with concerns of limited breast development.

Underwent breast augmentation (gender-affirming top surgery) using Allergan smooth round extra full profile 580cc silicone gel implants with Dr. Nicholas Cormier.

At 1 year post-op, she has beautifully enhanced volume with a full, feminine contour and a smooth, natural-looking result.
