This lovely patient, who originally underwent breast augmentation in 1998, presented with concerns of capsular contracture causing firmness and implant palpability over recent years. She desired a slightly larger size with a more aesthetically pleasing shape and contour. Dr. Simon Frank performed an implant exchange, replacing her saline implants with Allergan saline implants filled to 345cc, achieving improved comfort and a beautiful, soft, breast appearance.
