This lovely 41-year-old patient came to OPS with concerns about breast position and size, abdominal changes following pregnancy and weight loss, and excess tissue in the axillary (underarm) area. She elected to undergo a breast lift with axillary fold excision and a full abdominoplasty. To achieve a smooth, contoured result, 2,800 mL of lipoaspirate and 1,299 grams of excess skin were removed. Her transformation highlights a beautifully sculpted silhouette.
