Procedure Details:

This patient is 5’3″, 131lbs, bra size of 36B, who seeks to enhance the shape and position of her breasts after having two children and a 41lb weight loss. She also seeks enhancement of her abdominal contour. She has moderate fatty excess throughout the abdomen, some striations, laxity of the skin, previous surgical scars and a moderate separation of the abdominal muscles. She underwent a breast lift via the wise (anchor scar) technique, preserving her breast tissue, while reshaping and resuspending the breast, giving her a beautiful, natural, aesthetic contour. She also underwent a lipo-abdominoplasty removing 850cc of fatty tissue through liposuction, and 557g of excess skin and fatty tissue direct surgical excision, resulting in an aesthetic and smooth abdominal contour that is consistent with the rest of her body contour, giving her a beautiful silhouette.
