Procedure Details:

This 47-year old man sought information regarding contouring of his lower eyelids. He was unhappy with the heaviness and irregularity of the lower eyelid, and underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty operation, which reduced excess skin, released tight ligaments and reshaped the fatty and muscular tissues underneath the eyelid. He also underwent elevation of the outside corner of the eye with fat grafting from his cheeks into his mid face and lower eyelids, providing a more relaxed smooth harmonious and natural appearance to the eyelid and cheek.
