Procedure Details:

This patient is 5’2″, 150 lbs, mother of 2, who seeks to enhance her abdominal, hip and buttock contour after her pregnancies, 2 caesarean sections, and weight loss of 120 lbs. There is laxity of skin and moderate excess fatty tissue throughout the upper and lower abdomen and hips/flanks, moderate separation of the abdominal muscles, and laxity and descent of the buttocks seen pre-operatively, along with previous surgical scars. She underwent a lipo-abdominoplasty and lower body lift, removing 1650 cc of fatty tissue through liposuction, and 1690 gm of excess skin and fatty tissue of the abdomen, and 860 gm of excess skin and fatty tissue of the lateral thighs and buttocks through direct surgical excision, resulting in an aesthetic and smooth abdominal, thigh and buttock contour that is consistent with the rest of her body contour, giving her a beautiful silhouette.
