This 31-year-old mother of two presented to OPS with concerns about abdominal skin laxity, particularly in the lower abdomen, which had worsened following postpartum weight loss. She also had a mild diastasis. She underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction to the lateral hips and flanks with Dr. Simon Frank. 800mL of lipoaspirate and 687 grams of excess skin were removed. Her results reveal a smoother, more contoured abdomen and waistline.
