This patient is 34 years old, 5’2″ and 145lbs. She seeks to enhance her thigh contour after weight loss of 85lbs. There is moderate laxity of the skin with excess fatty tissue throughout the thighs. She underwent a Thigh Lift, removing 800cc of fatty tissue and 230g of excess skin, resulting in a beautiful silhouette of her thighs.
