This patient is 38 years old, 5’7″, 170lbs, with cutaneous excess of her upper arms after weight loss of 170lbs. She underwent an brachioplasty to contour the arms and remove the excess skin and fatty tissue, revealing a pleasing and aesthetic contour to the arm.
