Procedure Details:

This patient is 5’2″, 154lbs, 36B bra size who seeks to enhance the shape and position of her breasts and enhancement of her abdominal contour. After pregnancy her breasts have lost their fullness and she has a moderate asymmetry. Her breasts have some descent with large areolae and the right breast has a larger skin envelope. Her abdominal area has moderate fatty tissue throughout the abdomen, some striations, laxity of the skin, previous surgical scar and a moderate separation of the abdominal muscles. She underwent a breast lift and breast augmentation with an Allergan Smooth Round Moderate Profile implant using the wise (anchor scar) technique and areola reduction, resulting in elevation and enhancement of the breast shape and symmetry, giving her a beautiful shape. She also underwent a lipo-abdominoplasty removing 550cc of fatty tissue through liposuction and 910g of excess skin and fatty tissue via direct surgical excision. Resulting in a smooth abdominal contour and a pleasing silhouette.
