Procedure Details:

This patient is 5’4”, 129 lbs, 34 D bra, mother of 3; she seeks enhancement and revision of her breasts after previous surgery with another surgeon and pregnancy. She is pleased with the amount of breast tissue that she already has, but seeks restoration of upper pole volume, and elevation of the breasts. She has moderate descent of the breasts. She underwent a vertical breast lift (mastopexy) with breast augmentation with SSF 365cc implants involving a scar that encircles the areola and descends vertically to the crease of the breast, though with no incision along the crease, this has given her an aesthetic shape to the breast with pleasing contours and a minimum of scarring, while preserving her own breast tissue.
