This 29-year-old patient is shown 5.5 months after her breast augmentation, performed by Dr. Howard Silverman at Ottawa Plastic Surgery. Her procedure included SSF 295 cc implants and was designed to enhance breast volume, improve breast shape, and create a more balanced breast contour.

This patient had bilateral breast hypoplasia with natural asymmetry of the breast footprint, meaning the breasts were positioned differently on the chest wall. Her breast augmentation plan focused on improving overall symmetry, implant position, and proportion while respecting her natural anatomy.

Breast augmentation surgery can be customized for patients with smaller breast volume, breast asymmetry, chest wall differences, or differences in breast position.
