This patient seeks enhanced size and shape to her breasts, which are nicely shaped with very mild asymmetry. She underwent breast augmentation with Mentor High profile smooth round 400 cc cohesive gel implants, placed in the submuscular position through an inframammary approach, resulting in beautifully shaped, full, natural and aesthetic breasts.
