Procedure Details:

This patient is 5’4″, 130 lbs, size 34AA bra, mother of two. The patient seeks to increase the size, shape and fullness of her breasts, as she has lost volume and position with her pregnancies. Her breasts appear deflated with some asymmetry prior to surgery, and underwent augmentation with Allergan Full Round 385cc cohesive gel silicone implants placed under the chest muscle through an inframammary incision. The procedure has resulted in excellent contour and shape of the breasts, with restored fullness, symmetry and a natural appearance.
