Procedure Details:

This patient is 5’8”, 175 lbs; he seeks correction of gynecomastia, which he has developed during his teenage years. He has a very athletic and muscular build with large pectoral muscles, asymmetric masses of glandular breast tissue beneath each areola, good skin tone, striae in the axillae, with minimal fatty tissue throughout. He underwent liposuction of the chest with removal of 300 cc of fatty tissue, and direct surgical excision of the glandular breast tissue on each side, through areolar incisions, resulting in normal, aesthetic shape to the breasts with very minimal scarring.
