VECTRA®️ 3D Imaging
If you’re interested in breast surgery, including breast augmentation, revision, lift, or male breast reduction surgery, we have enhanced our consultation process with VECTRA®️ 3D Imaging. Developed by Canfield Scientific, this technology allows your surgeon to preview potential results specific to your body and dimensions with an ultra high resolution colour image.
How does VECTRA®️ 3D Imaging work?
Our VECTRA®️ 3D Imaging system uses six high-resolution cameras to take photos of your body from different angles. These photographs are then combined to create a 360-degree rendered image of your body that can be adjusted and manipulated to demonstrate surgery outcomes.
This is not a medical procedure, and is a tool we use in consultations to help you customize results while also ensuring you and your surgeon are working towards a similar goal.
Once the 3D image is created, you and your surgeon sit down together to assess it and experiment with your potential results. VECTRA®️ lets you virtually try-on different types of implants to evaluate how size, shape, and even brand of implants can affect the results.
VECTRA®️ 3D Imaging also allows us to:
- Make side-by-side comparisons between options, such as implant shapes
- Overlay an image of your expected results on your pre-op body to better visualize the changes
- See images of your potential results both with and without clothing
