Procedure Details:

This patient is 50 years old, a mother of 1, 5’7″ and 185lbs. She seeks to enhance her abdominal, hip and buttock contour after gastric bypass surgery with a weight loss of 115lbs. There is moderate laxity of the skin with minimal excess fatty tissue throughout the lower abdomen, hips, flanks and buttocks. She also has a moderate separation of the abdominal muscles. She underwent a lipo-abdominoplasty combined with a lower body lift, removing 2500cc of fatty tissue and 1540g of excess skin, resulting in a beautiful silhouette of her abdomen, hips and buttocks.
