This patient is 34 years old, 5’9″ and 170lbs, who seeks to enhance the shape of her thighs after a 75lbs weight loss, which has left her with excess skin and excess fatty tissue. She underwent a Thigh Lift which entailed surgically excising 90gm of excess skin from each thigh and removal of 1400cc of fatty tissue with liposuction. The results are an aesthetically pleasing shape to her legs, leaving a beautiful silhouette!
