Procedure Details:

This lovely patient is 48 years old, 5’5″ and 152lbs, who seeks to enhance her abdominal, hip and buttock contour after gastric bypass surgery. She also seeks to enhance the size and shape of her breasts. There is a laxity of the skin and minimal excess fatty tissue throughout the upper and lower abdomen, hips and flanks. She has a mild separation of the abdominal muscles and has laxity and descent of the buttocks seen pre-operatively along with a previous surgical scar. She has a mild asymmetry and hypoplasion of her breasts. She underwent a lipo-abdominoplasty and lower body lift removing 820g of excess skin from the back side portion and 1020g from the front portion resulting in an aesthetic and smooth abdominal, thigh and buttock contour. Her breast augmentation has resulted in restored fullness and a natural appearance to the breasts. The overall result of the combined procedures is a beautiful silhouette.
